They were never published with any other version of the NLT text.

Otherwise, you need to look at the copyright page. All NLTs that have the newest text will say copyright 1996, 2004, 2007.

All new NLTs being printed have the 2007 text, but stores do still have copies of the 2004 edition on their shelves until they sell.
