One to add (I don’t know how full a list you want!):

John Thorley, “Junia, a Woman Apostle”, Novum Testamentum, 38/1 (1996), pp. 18-29.

You should also add the following, referred to, and thoroughly refuted by, by Belleville (note 7):

Michael Burer and Daniel Wallace, ‘Was Junia Really and Apostle? A Re-examination of Rom. 16.7′, NTS 47 (2000) 76-91.

I haven’t read this, but it is very similar to the 2001 JBMW article with the same title by Wallace and Burer, as confirmed by footnote 1 of the JBMW article:

This article was originally published in New Testament Studies 47 (2001): 76-91, and is used by permission of NTS. Slight editorial changes have been made, but the substance of the original article has not been affected.

It would also help to include web links to those articles which are online, such as the JBMW article.

In the offline category, an obvious source I overlooked until today is _Two Views on Women in Ministry_, Gundry, Beck Zondervan, 2005 rev. ISBN 10:0-310-25437-X especially pages 38-43, 212-16, 286-88. Though the whole book bears on the broader issues involved.
