“to look good in the flesh” sounds like someone wants to show off their body, such as at a swimsuit contest
well i like the WEB version. Esp. the old testament.
one of the few bibles that have YHWH ( Yahweh ) all the way through the O.T.
we must never forget the Eternal, sacred name of Abba Yahweh.
It was a name he gave himself long before the creation of the earth….and he set his name as a memorial to all generations, and all mankind. ( Thank you, Yahweh, for allowing us humans to know your sacred name!

The false view of godliness consisted of an outward token, a detail of the flesh; and for those who valued that token, you had to show the evidence to be accepted.
